Buyer beware

I ordered a bunch of these in 2018 and finally used them up. They were excellent quality and lasted a long time. I placed another order of 10 and 9 of those were smashed into a 9x12 box destroying their crown and leaving them with permanent damage. The order was one short and that showed up completely flat in an envelope. Their shipping department or whoever decides to ship this way obviously doesn't wear hats. Couple this with the sloppy stitching and there is 0 chance i'll let my employees wear these. These aren't slouch caps and need to be protected during shipping.
